Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages to relevant personnel & provide information to callers
  • Update of contact details and send to relevant personnel
  • Greeting of visitors entering the organization & direct the visitors to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Prepare correspondence and documents & receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Schedule & maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
  • Ensure the tidiness and maintain of the reception area at all times
  • Control and maintain inventory relevant to reception area, office, pantry, HSE (e.g. PPE) etc.
  • Monitor, maintain & order office equipment e.g. computer equipment, stationery, printing, brochures, grocery & toiletry, etc.
  • Assist with travelling booking, including Hotel, Visa, Flight, Taxi, travel insurance, etc.
  • Organize & co-ordinate conference and meeting room bookings
  • Organize & co-ordinate for special occasions/events, e.g. catering services, and or buying of snacks & drinks, etc.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support and perform other adhoc duties as assigned by Administrative Assistant.
Requirements:
 
  • GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level/Certificate or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

  • Work location: Tuas
  • Working hours: 5 days, 8.00am to 5.00pm
  • Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 + Benefits
