Admin Assistant (5 days work week - Alexandra)

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy of policy documentation
  • Meet document turnaround and stipulated timelines
  • Data entry for New application
  • Prepare daily and month agent production report
  • Collect and sort out mails and disseminate to respective agent
  • Order stationary supplies, forms, brochures, peripherals, and letterheads on a bi- monthly basis respectively.
  • Answering all emails and phone enquires
  • Administrative work e.g. billing, submitting documents from clients, filing, etc
  • Assist in recruitment activities when required including: place advertisemnts, screen through resumes and interview potential candidates
Requirements
  • Minimum O/Nitec/Diploma and with at least 1- 2 years working experience
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work on weekends when required
  • Able to work in a team and independently as well
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice.
  • Able to multi-task

Salary Range : S$2,000 – S$2,600 depending on qualifications and experience
Workday days / hours : Mon – Fri : 9am – 6pm
Working location : Alexandra
