Sales Coordinator (West)

  • Process customers’ orders/ job schedules
  • Coordinate and follow up on enquiries, purchase orders, shipments deliveries & planning.
  • Able to work as a team
  • Issuing work order to production
  • Preparation & proper filing of invoices, quotations and other documentation.
  • Preferably able to operate SAP system entry work
  • Coordinate with local vendors/customers
  • At least a 2 years and above experience in office working environment.
  • Advantage, if experience in negotiation between departments and customers.
  • Able to use Microsoft office (Excel and Words).
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to handle China client.
  • Positive attitude towards learning and asking.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP will be an advantage, training will also be provided
  • Work location: Ayer Rajah Crescent (5 to 8 mins walk from MRT station)
  • Working hours and days : 8.30am to 6pm (Monday – Friday)
