Cook (Town)

Responsibilities:
 
• Assist in wide range of kitchen operations.
 
• Preparing of food ingredients,
 
• Cooking of local and Chinses food. Including Dim Sums, etc.
 
• Ensure following of strict hygiene regulation and standards.
 
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area and following waste management guidelines.
 
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
 
 

Requirements:
 
• Open to candidates with different working experiences, different cuisines or minimal cooking experience as extensive training will be provided.
 
• Candidates must have a passion in cooking.
 
• Energetic and physically fit.
 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 
• Self motivated, independent yet a good team player.
 
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
 
• Must be comfortable to work 6 days per week.
 
• Able to assist for OTs when urgently required.
 
 

Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Days / Hours:
 
i) Restaurant Operates on 7 days per week between 9.30am to 11.00pm.
 
ii) Work Days: 6 Days per week with 1 Off Day per week.
 
iii) Work Hours: Will be on rotating shifts. Can discuss if prefer a permanent fixed shift.
 
a) Shift 1: about 9am – 6pm
b) Shift 2: about 2pm – 11pm
 
• Location: Near City Hall MRT (Walkable distance from MRT)
 
• Remuneration Package:
 
i) Basic Salary: $1,500 - $1,800 (Dependent on Experience)
ii) Fixed Overtime Allowances: $200 - $700 Range
 
• Extensive On-The-Job training will be provided.
