Sales Coordinator (MNC) (Town)

• Manage a wide spectrum of activities including customer service, coordination, invoicing and administration roles.
• Process and issue debit note to vendors
• Update and monitor payment in case of double payment
• Use SAP on a daily basis to process payments, invoices, etc.
• Coordinate/schedule meetings, conference, travel arrangement, seminars, workshop, etc.
• Manage flight booking, hotel booking, car booking, visa application, filing, ticketing, etc.
• Be the key contact person to external parties e.g. travel agents/hotels
• Send out weekly Newsletter to internal/external stakeholders
• Assist and support team members in administration work when required
• Any other duties that may be assigned

• Diploma holders or with more than 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Strong organisation, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills ; Meticulous; Willing to learn
• Knowledge of SAP, trade administration is advantageous but not mandatory
• Willing and able to assist in OT when required.
Miscellaneous Information:
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
• Location: Raffles Place MRT (less than 10 mins travel by walking)
• Remuneration Package: $2,500 - $3,200 (dependent on experience) + Good Employee Benefits
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
