Accounts Assistant (Japanese MNC / Tuas)

 
  • Receive Supplier invoices and DO.
  • Update supplier invoices and DO into Accounting system.
  • Ensure all updated invoices are sign by Director for approval of payment.
  • Filing of supplier invoice, statement of account, etc.
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statement of accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax schedule.
  • Assist in the preparation of GST Return
  • Scrap.
  • Generate “Daily Profit & Loss” report using in-house costing programme (when necessary).
  • Prepare costing presentation slides using in-house template for monthly costing meeting.
  • Support ad-hoc costing task when necessary.
 
Requirements
  • At least a Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position available.
