QA Engineer

  • - Handle customer’s complaints and inquiries by coordinating with relevant internal departments.
  • - Handle internal and external visits and audits
  • - Play a part to uphold the quality management system for the Company.
  • - Conduct various continuous improvement activities to improve customer satisfaction rating and also internal processes.
  • - Provide technical support and technical expertise to all functions.
  • - Execute instructions as directed by the manager
  • - Degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Chemical Engineering or Material Science Engineering.
  • - Able to work with inter-departments, have a good logical thinking mindset, customer focused team-player.
  • - Good conceptual and leadership skills required.
  • - Relevant 2 years’ experience is required. Those who have above 4 years or more experience will be considered for Senior role. 
  •  5 days work week
