Sales Support / Coordinator (MNC - 5 Days)

Responsibilities:
 
• Manage & monitor technicians service time schedules.
• Liaise with Professional Engineers to carry out Testing & Commissioning work requirements.  This includes obtaining final certification from Professional Engineers and submit to customers for their final approval
• Manage and monitor all warranty claims and coordinate with all factories to ensure all warranty claims are timely processed.
• Prepare quotations for Parts, Servicing, Supervision and Testing & Commissioning work.
• Support After-sales Manager in the preparation of Work Method and Risk Assessment Statements required by customers
• In charge of company’s MIS (After Sales) system.
• Update machine population list in the South East Asia region
• Prepare monthly reports and forecasts for After-sales
• Any other administrative work requirement.
 
 
Requirements:
  • 'O' Level minimum
  • 2 to 3 years' relevant working experience in supporting after sales or sales coordination
  • Proactive, good Inter-personnel & communication skill
  • Analytical & Multi-tasking skill
  • Computer proficiency – must be well versed in MS Office (ACCESS, Excel, Word & Power-point)
 
Others:
  • Work Location: Singapore Office, West area (near Clementi MRT or Jurong East MRT)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
