HR Executive

Responsibilities:
 
• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions (including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Employment Passes IR8A, etc).
 
• You will be working alone for the role, there will be expectations to cover the full documentations and administration
roles as well.
 
• Provide sound strategic HR advices to the Top Management.
 
• Policy formulation and review, design, communication and implementation of policies that is in line with business rule, market and industry trends.
 
• Creating and revising Employee Handbook and updating Company Handbook.
 
• Expected to contribute to staff development as well as for the strategic development of the business and planning for long
term objectives and direction of the organization.
• Understand the business needs and requirement to identify and executive effective recruitment strategies.
 
• Monitor and analyze key indicators, gather feedback to management, benchmark / conduct comparative studies / research and formulate improvements and / or policy changes to enhance good work environment.
 
• Payroll Processing (about 80 employees).
 
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, exit interviews, reservist claims, annual IR8 submission, etc.
 
• Basic administration roles.
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
 
• Well versed in MOM government guidelines and regulations.
 
• Resourceful with effective administration, coordination and communication skills
 
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and work well under pressure
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Days: Monday to Friday only
 
• Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm (Minimal Overtime is required)
 
• Location: West Area (10 mins bus ride from Buona Vista MRT).
 
• Remuneration Package:
 
1) Basic Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 (Dependent On Experience)
