IT Executive (MNC)

Responsibilities:
 
• Administer and support network infrastructure and configuration, maintenance of hardware and software, applications and IT infrastructure.
 
• Provide helpdesk support to all users.
 
• Perform routine system backup.
 
• Respond promptly to incident. Evaluate, conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
 
• Management and maintenance of user accounts database.
 
• Planning and updating window patches and ensure that latest patches are applied.
 
• Responsible for network security and ensure that the network security complies with IT security requirement. Ensure anti-
virus server is deploying updates to all machines.
 
• Create and maintenance of IT processes documentations.
 
• Develop and maintain the Intranet website.
 
• Perform performance tuning for system to ensure optimum performance and resource utilization.
 
• Perform assets and inventory management via Hitachi ITDM asset management software.
 
• Other adhoc duties assigned by the IT Manager
 
 

Requirements:
 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in end user/ desktop support.
 
• Diploma in IT, computer studies or relevant field.
 
• MCSA/ MCSE certification is advantageous.
 
• Experience in troubleshooting and window administration.
 
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in infrastructure such as network, internet protocols, scripting and IT security.
 
• Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed.
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri from 9.00am – 5.00pm.
 
• Location: Near Town Area (about 10 mins walk to office)
 
• Remuneration Package:
 
@ Basic Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (Dependent on experience)
 
@ Good employee benefits.
 
• Trainings: Product, Sales and On-The-Job Training (OJT) provided.
